Q: Can my order be delivered?

A: We serve a lot of customers daily and all over Cyprus. In cooperation with ACS Courier we can send your order to more than 50 receiving points in Cyprus or we can deliver right in front of your door. Find more information about our delivery policy here: https://goo.gl/HVD1ZZ.

Q: How will I know that my order is registered?

A: As soon as your order is registered in our company’s order management system, you will automatically receive an informative SMS accompanied with a copy of your order through an email. At this point, you will be informed about your unique order number which you can use any time, for further information about the process of your order.

Q: How will my order be designed?

A: We offer a free design for your order, excluding some specific cases. While you are placing your order, the customer service officer will ask for information and any files that your order may need before they reach the designer. Orders are always send to our customers for confirmation, before printing.

Q: How will I receive the design of my order?

A: Before proceeding to printing, we will send you a digital file through email so you can see your final design. We won’t proceed to the execution of your order unless you give your reply in writing to the email that has been sent to you.

A: You can make corrections or confirm the design of your order by replying to the email that will be sent to you by our designer.

Q: How can I know the process of my order?

A: You can find useful information or follow the process of your order any time through the Track & Trace system of ourcompany, at www.hercules-tracking.com. The only step you need to take is to place your order number.

Q: How can I know if my order is ready?

A: As soon as your order is ready you will receive an informative SMS. Then, you can stop by our store to pick up your order or we can deliver to you, according to a prior agreement.

Q: What are your working hours?

A: The working hours of our store and customer service department are Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18.00 and Saturday 08.30 - 13.30. We are closed on every Bank Holiday.
