Printing Information

We currently offer 19 different personalization methods to create your own product. You may find more information regarding our personalization methods below

Printed plate (PP) – A metallic plate is added on the surface of the product. These process is possible for full color impression even for photos. 

Pad printing (P) – A pad is transferring ink to the product. It’s price effective for bigger quantities. The number in (?) represents how many colors can be printed on the product

Rotary Screen Printing (RS) – Ink is transferred to the product through a film. It’s price effective for bigger quantities. The number in (?) represents how many colors can be printed on the product. Applicable for curvy surfaces such us bottles

Laser Engraving (LS) – A laser ray marks the product. Ideal for metallic or wooden surfaces.

UV Digital Printing (UV) – Full color impression through direct digital printing. Ideal for products with matt and flat surface.

Sublimation Printing  (SU) – Sublimated ink is transferred through heat pressure to a coated white surface. Ideal for full color impressions.

Digital Label (LA) – A sticker is placed on a product. Full color impression is a possibility

Direct to Garment White (DTGW) – Printing directly to a white garment through a digital process. Ideal for full color impressions

CMYK Printing (CM) – Various types of digital printing. Available in wide format. Ideal for full color impressions

Engraved plate (EP) – A metallic plate is added on the surface of the product. The plate is engraved and no colors are added. 

Screen Printing (SP) – Ink is transferred to the product through a film. It’s price effective for bigger quantities. The number in (?) represents how many colors can be printed on the product

Screen Transfer (ST) – Ink is transferred to a printing paper, then it’s transferred to the product through heat pressure. It’s price effective for medium to big quantities. The number in (?) represents how many colors can be printed on the product

Diamond Engraving (DE) – A diamond scratches precisely a product. 

Doming (DO) – A sticker covered with doming is placed on the product, creating a 3d effect. Full color/photographic printing is a possible.

Hot Stamping (HT) – A heated mold is embossing a leather surface.

Digital Transfer (DT) – A vinyl is transferred to a product through heat pressure. Ideal for small quantities. Full color impression is a possibility

Direct to Garment (DTG)  Printing directly to a dark garment through a digital process. A coating process is required thus makes the method expensive. Ideal for full color impressions

Ribbon Printing (RP) – Printing with foil on a ribbon. For items with this option wrapping is included in the price.

Embroidery (EM) – Embroidered designs on textiles. The price is embroidery is not standard as it depends from the number of the stitches of your design.

Is every personalization process available for every product? 

No each product can be personalized with specific methods. You can see the personalization method for each product at the dropdown menu of the product’s page or on it’s description in our catalogue


What is the printing position of each product?

Each product has specific positions that can be printed and cannot be printed everywhere.  You can see the printing position of each product at the personalization & branding column of its product page

 

How i should send the files for my design?

As long as you place your order our customer service team will contact you regarding the design of your order. Alternatively you may use our design tool to design your order.

What is the best format to send my logo?

We can achieve the best printing results when you are sending your files in vector format (.eps) 

Am i going to receive the design of my order for approval?

Yes before printing you are going to receive the mock up of your design in the given email. As soon as you receive it you should approve it or ask for rectifications. Your order will go ahead for printing only if you confirm your design. Delays in confirmation of the design may cause delay on the delivery of your order. You may expect the design within 24h for fast track orders and 72h for normal ones.
