    Please mind the below:

    1. No application will be accepted since 30 days since you receive the order
    2. Applications for products with customisation can be only accepted due to bad quality/faulty products or bad printing
    3. Our company has the right to deny a return if there is no correct basis
    4. If your return application is accepted we will send you a return label to attach to the boxes
    5. You are responsible to return the products to the closet return centre within 15 days since you receive the return label. All possible freight charges must be paid by you
    6. The return will be accepted only when we receive the products and check if they are in the same condition as you receive them and your claims are correct. In other case you return will be storage at the closet return centre and you should arrange the collection
    7. If the return is accepted you will receive the refund within 30 days
